    1.Plasmacytoma on tissue bx
    2.B.M plasmacytosis with > 30 % plasma cells
    3.Monoclonal Globulin spike on S.electrophoresis- IgG > 3.5 g/ dl; IgA > 2 g/ dl Urine BJP > 1 g/ 2

    Minor Criteria
    1. Marrow plasmacytosis 10-30 %
    1. Monoclonal globulin spike +(< above)
    1. Lytic bone lesion
    1. Reduced normal Ig(50% normal)
    Ig G<600mg/ DL; IGA<100mg/dl;
    IgM<50mg/dl

    * 1 Major + 1 Minor OR 3 Minor criteria
